Group Visits to the Central Florida Railroad Museum

Groups are invited to enjoy a private, guided experience at the Central Florida Railroad Museum. We typically host group visits Tuesday through Friday at 10:00am, which allows your group exclusive access before the museum opens to the public at 11:00am.

Upon arrival, your group will assemble in our meeting room, where museum volunteers provide a warm welcome and an engaging introduction. This includes a brief history of the museum, an overview of the development of railroads in Central Florida, and time for your group to ask questions about the region’s railroad heritage.

Following the introduction, guests may explore the museum on a self‑guided tour, viewing historic artifacts, photographs, communication tools, and exhibits that tell the story of railroading in Central Florida. Most group visits last approximately one hour.

We do not charge for group visits; however, we kindly request a donation on behalf of the group to support the museum’s preservation efforts and educational programs.
