Archives Day at the Museum

In April, we'll feature colorful dining car menus and promotional materials produced by railroads for their premier passenger trains! From the Florida Special to the Super Chief, these items represent a time when train travel was the way to travel! Many of the materials feature original artwork or photographs.

Our Archives has thousands of documents, photos, timetables, menus, maps and more. Once a quarter, we'll showcase some of these items in our meeting room, and answer your questions about the railroads and trains they represented. Free admission.
